George St

George St was the vision of our architectural partner and brought together by our project team at WAC. George St was the product of a single dwelling on a larger block that has been repurposed completely into a duplex. The properties are designed to optimise natural light and sun studies were conducted to ensure the suns path was considered in design phases. With this in mind the outside area optimises easy maintenance landscaping, a pool and large garage + storage per dwelling. The properties have been designed with quality fixtures and finishes and Meile appliances.
